Progressive Spiritual Baptism & Meditation [CLICK HERE TO BE TAKEN TO THIS SECTION]:

Progressively Relaxing & Baptizing, Meditative Mantra and Prayer:

  1. Read the following SLOWLY . . . paying attention to when to EXHALE SLOWLY:  Breathe in as deep as you can by FULLY expanding your lungs from the TOP of your lungs into the BOTTOM of your lungs down into your ABDOMEN.  When you exhale, exhale SLOWLY out through your mouth against pursed lips to slow down the process of exhalation.  Make sure that you are in a semirecumbent (45 degrees inclined), well supported position.  Say the following (out-loud or silently to yourself):
  2. “I can feel the warm, living, baptizing water of Christ flowing up through my feet, into my lower legs, into my thighs, and into my hips as they become heavier (exhale slowly), and heavier (exhale slowly), and heavier (exhale slowly), and my Chi flows deeper (exhale slowly), and deeper (exhale slowly), and deeper (exhale slowly), into a meditative state of completely renewed, redefined, recreated, deeply rooted, profound peace (exhale slowly).”
  3. “I can feel the warm, living, baptizing water of Christ flowing up through my hips, lower back and abdomen, upper back and chest, my trapezius muscle, and into my shoulders as they become heavier (exhale slowly), and heavier (exhale slowly), and heavier (exhale slowly), and my Chi flows deeper (exhale slowly), and deeper (exhale slowly), and deeper (exhale slowly), into a meditative state of completely renewed, redefined, recreated, deeply rooted, and profound peace (exhale slowly).”
  4. “I can feel the warm, living, baptizing water of Christ flowing up through my trapezius muscle, into my shoulders, down my upper arms, through my forearms, and into my hands as they become heavier (exhale slowly), and heavier (exhale slowly), and heavier (exhale slowly), and my Chi flows deeper (exhale slowly), and deeper (exhale slowly), and deeper (exhale slowly, into a meditative state of completely renewed, redefined, recreated, deeply rooted, profound peace (exhale slowly).”
  5. “I can feel the warm, living, baptizing water of Christ flowing up through my shoulders, through my trapezius muscle, into my neck, across my scalp, into my forehead, through my eyes, and down across my face, as they become heavier (exhale slowly), and heavier (exhale slowly), and heavier (exhale slowly), and my Chi flows deeper (exhale slowly), and deeper (exhale slowly), and deeper (exhale slowly), into a meditative state of completely renewed, redefined, recreated, deeply rooted, profound peace (exhale slowly).”
  6. “I can feel the warm, living, baptizing water of Christ flowing trough my mind as it cleanses and purifies my thoughts, ridding my mind of all harmful thoughts and fear, as my whole body becomes heavier (exhale slowly), and heavier (exhale slowly), and heavier (exhale slowly), and my Chi flows deeper (exhale slowly), and deeper (exhale slowly), and deeper (exhale slowly), into a meditative state of completely renewed, redefined, recreated, deeply rooted, profound peace (exhale slowly).”
  7. “I can feel the Grace of God pouring continuously down upon me, drowning me in unconditional love, acceptance, and forgiveness as I fall to rest into the hands of Christ as a completely renewed, redefined, recreated, deeply rooted, meditative EXPRESSION of profound peace, which is manifested as LIVING WATER who/which readily adapts to ANY LEVEL OF CHALLENGE by flowing directly through any adversity, on the ENLIGHTENED path of Christ which is unscathed by feelings of shame, doubt, pain, suffering, or resentment of any kind . . . and I do so with ease and gracefulness because MY PEACE on the pendulum of human emotion and experience grows continuously and infinitely more still, which is where TRUE PEACE is found (exhale slowly).”
  8. “And it is so!  Peace be still.  Thank you Jesus,  Amen.” (Exhale slowly).
