RULE 1 ~ BE MINDFUL:
- Be aware . . .
- INTERNAL: Be aware of your conscious & subconscious thoughts & feelings.
- EXTERNAL: Maintain a heightened level of awareness with regards to all aspects of your external environment.
RULE 2 ~ BE COOL: Stay calm & relaxed.
RULE 3 ~ 10 SECOND RULE: Count to 10 whenever possible to safely do so, before reacting, when necessary to avoid “knee-jerk” over-reactions to situations; most confrontations & tragedies are predictable & resultantly preventable. Although you must be intuitive in your perception, & instinctive in your reaction once the battle has begun, a highly proficient martial artist can predict & prevent confrontations entirely!!!
